Where You’ll Make a Difference

Perform and coordinate all collections activities including correspondence with customers, execution of effective collection procedures to improve cash flow and reduce past dueBe proactive in resolving credit problems and conducting collection of past due accounts to achieve assigned collection targetMonitor credit exposure and AR performance to facilitate proactive management of risks and negotiate credit terms when customers are unable to meet established guidelineServe as a key member of Credit and Collection team and provide start-to-finish credit solutions to internal and external clientsReview and managing order hold on daily basis and communicate effectively to keep appropriate organizations up to date of customer issues and situations affecting the continued release of ordersEnsure the compliance of credit process with applicable policies and proceduresLiaise with BUs to ascertain customer credit requirements to contribute to top-line growthDevelop sustainable process improvement for working capital improvement such as past-due managementTake initiative to improve the current operational process to improve productivity

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance equivalentMinimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in Credit and Accounts Receivable areaAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and email programsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWorking independently to resolve complex process/system issues in a team environment multitask and adapt to a changing environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage pressure during the work

How Would You Stand Out?

Good command of the local language (Korean/ Vietnamese) consider a plusBackground of study abroad is much preferredMeticulous, high reliable and motivated team play with good communication and interpersonal skills
