Description We are looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to evaluate the financial health of borrowers and assist in making informed credit decisions. The role involves analyzing credit applications, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Responsibilities: • Review and evaluate credit applications to determine the financial viability of borrowers. • Perform detailed credit analysis using financial data and credit history. • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances. • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial issues and mitigate risks. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing within ERP systems. • Prepare reports and provide recommendations based on credit evaluations. • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. • Communicate credit decisions and provide explanations to relevant stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit analysis. Requirements • Proven experience in credit analysis or a related field. • Proficiency with ERP systems and familiarity with accounts receivable processes. • Strong understanding of credit applications and financial risk assessment. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. • Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders. • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
