Summary:
The Credit Analyst - Inventory Finance (IF) is an entry level credit position designed to provide an introduction to all facets of the documentation, funding, and portfolio departments which will provide the necessary background in order to develop into a well-rounded credit analyst. The role will involve analyzing and monitoring creditworthiness of assigned customers/accounts, spreading financial statements and ultimately recommending and/or approving credit within established guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and analyze various transactions. Includes review and analysis of applications, financial statements, balance sheets, D&B reports, etc.Assist in preparation credit write-ups and Moody’s spreads when appropriate in accordance with credit policy and procedure.Complete ratio and trend analysis to determine if a customer is eligible for financing. Review findings with more experienced Analyst or Manager.Learn, understand and follow credit policy and procedure and work with other departments to improve understanding and compliance.Assist in the annual financial statement follow-up to borrowers and track and monitor the receipt by the Bank of this information.Complete credit write-ups for Application Only and Financial Statement transactions. Present transaction to Manager when applicable. Communicate decisions once approved by Manager.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years in credit underwriting experience.Prior business internshipsDetail oriented with the ability to analyze cash flow, leverage and gauge customer strength.Good written/verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to make sound business judgments while protecting the interests of the bank.Good technical skills.

Compensation Range:
20.00 - 40.14 USD HourlyThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
