Credentialing Team Lead
**Credentialing Team Lead** (remote) This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States. **Job Summary:** The Team Lead of Credentialing oversees the credentialing team, ensuring timely and accurate provider enrollment across all payer types. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of credentialing workflows. The Team Lead collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and support the credentialing team, offering guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. + Oversee the end-to-end credentialing process, ensuring timely submission and resolution of applications. + Collaborate with clients and internal departments to align credentialing strategies with operational goals. + Monitor credentialing timelines, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions. + Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share updates. + Ensure team members are trained on current credentialing standards, payer requirements, and tools. + Maintain accurate documentation of credentialing activities and provider records. + Provide regular updates to leadership on credentialing metrics, team performance, and client feedback. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED Required, Associate degree preferred. + Proven experience within credentialing or healthcare operations. + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until June 21, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
