Responsibilities
The Credentialing Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment, integration, and maintenance of systems and software for the organization or clients. He/She plays a key role in ensuring that projects are executed smoothly, from initiation to completion, by working closely with practice managers, vendors, and integration teammates. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project management principles, MD Staff, and an ability to implement process improvements to the system, and track effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage system implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to integration timeline.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including practice managers, vendors, and Credentialing managers to ensure successful project execution.
+ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to prevent delays
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues
+ Gather provider documents and ensure data entry into the system is accurate and abides by the Credentialing expectations.
+ Deliver training and support to end-users during and after the implementation phase, ensuring they understand the system’s functionality and usage.
+ Evaluate and recommend new tools and processes that may improve system implementation
+ Ensure adherence to best practices, system security standards, and compliance requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle
+ Analyze system performance through quarterly audits to ensure practice teammates are abiding by the SCA requirements
+ Maintain clear and detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in system implementations, IT project management, or a related field.
+ Experience managing large-scale system implementations, integrations, and cross-functional teams.
+ In-depth knowledge of credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment standards, state regulations, and best practices.
+ Strong knowledge of system architecture, integration techniques, and troubleshooting.
+ Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
