Description Credentialing Specialist We are looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate credentialing and enrollment processes while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. This is a fully in-office position for the first few months prior to transitioning to a hybrid model. Must be able to reliably commute to Greenwood Village, CO! Responsibilities: • Complete paper and electronic forms for payors with accuracy and efficiency. • Handle contracting credentialing requests and ensure all required documentation is submitted. • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Compliance departments to gather necessary licensing and supporting materials. • Utilize company software to track and manage credentialing workflows and tasks. • Maintain confidentiality and update company information in accordance with policies. • Conduct research, compile data, and generate reports as needed. • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. • Adhere to company policies and procedures while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work quality. Requirements • Previous experience in healthcare credentialing is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes is essential. • At least one year of related experience or equivalent education and training. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Ability to compile data, prepare reports, and handle confidential information responsibly. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
