**Credentialing Implementation Representative (remote)** This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States. **Summary:** The Credentialing Implementation Representative is responsible for onboarding new clients into the credentialing system, ensuring a smooth and accurate setup process. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, working closely with internal teams and provider offices to gather and maintain credentialing data. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and collect required information for setting up new clients, groups, and providers. + Enter and maintain accurate provider data in the TriZetto credentialing system. + Serve as the first point of contact for TriZetto Credentialing clients via phone and email. + Ensure confidentiality of sensitive provider information, including disciplinary or malpractice history. + Generate first-level reports from credentialing software. + Support the credentialing team with administrative tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. + Experience in credentialing or provider enrollment is a plus. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and web-based research. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until June 21, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
