Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the finance team by ensuring credentialing processes are executed efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a solid background in credentialing or related administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the credentialing process to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records and support their operational needs. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively. • Address and resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless credentialing operations. • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents. • Assist in audits and reviews to verify compliance with credentialing standards. • Continuously look for opportunities to improve credentialing workflows and processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets. • Prior experience in credentialing, administrative support, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Familiarity with compliance standards in credentialing processes is a plus. • Capability to work independently and as part of a team. • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve credentialing issues.
