The Role

We’re seeking a savvy, well-connected operator in the creator economy: someone who lives at the intersection of content, data, and dealmaking. As the Creator Partnerships Sales Lead, you'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing revenue-generating partnerships across the social and video ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate closely with branded content, business development, and insights teams to position our data-backed content as a powerful tool for brands, platforms, and creators alike.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business by pitching Ranker’s data-driven content and branded opportunities to agencies, brands, and creator networks

Leverage your network to establish strategic partnerships that generate revenue and grow visibility

Collaborate with internal teams to shape and evolve video/social products based on market feedback

Help build go-to-market materials that highlight the power of Ranker Insights and our social scale

Identify and negotiate white-label, co-branded, or licensing opportunities with creators and media partners

Stay plugged into creator economy trends and turn those insights into strategic opportunities


Qualifications

You are a hustler who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment

3–5+ years in digital media, branded content, partnerships, or the creator economy

Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue through strategic partnerships

Deep understanding of the creator landscape across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms

Strong pitch and storytelling chops with an eye for both creative potential and business value

Bonus: Experience with data-backed storytelling, insights platforms, or content analytics tools

Bonus: Background at a social platform or influencer agency

Compensation

This role is built for those who are motivated by growth and upside.

Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000

Commission: Generous, performance-based structure

Total Comp Potential: Top performers can expect to quickly double or triple their base salary
