Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Creative Technologist to drive the next wave of marketing innovation through generative AI, creative automation, and personalization at scale. This role will champion the use of Adobe tools, and other emerging technologies to accelerate content execution and deliver hyper-relevant marketing assets across channels and markets. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead the integration and application of Adobe tools into Coca-Cola’s content supply chain.  

Develop and implement scalable creative technology solutions using Adobe Generative AI solutions to support performance marketing and content personalization. 

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and data teams to translate campaign strategies into dynamic, personalized content experiences from production to execution.   

Prototype and iterate on interactive and generative content formats that enhance engagement and brand consistency. 

Automate content workflows to accelerate production timelines while maintaining high creative standards. 

Stay current with emerging technologies in generative AI, creative automation, and digital experience platforms. 

Train and support marketing teams in the use of Adobe technologies and related tools. 

Develop creative standards for brand campaigns, leveraging AI-driven Large Language Model (LLM) learning for Adobe AI platforms to establish guidelines for custom copy, translations, and creative assets tailored to different channels, customers, and audience segments. 

Ensure brand integrity across all generated content by implementing quality control and governance mechanisms. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in creative technology, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field. 

1-3+ years of experience in creative experiences (digital, photography, design, etc.), creative technology or digital innovation, ideally within a marketing or agency environment. 

Proficiency with Adobe platforms and other generative AI platforms. 

Strong understanding of personalization strategies, content supply chains, and performance marketing. 

Experience with automation tools, APIs, and data-driven content systems is a plus. 

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Preferred Skills 

Familiarity with MarTech stacks, DAM systems, and content orchestration platforms. 

Experience with interactive content, motion design, or web-based creative experiences. 

Passion for innovation, experimentation, and scaling creative excellence.

Pay Range:

$99,400 - $129,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
