Creative Technologist

What's the role?

Reporting to the Head of Creative and Solutions, the Creative Technologist will drive the conceptualisation and execution of world-class ideas across emerging and traditional media. You will be responsible for delivering 'content at scale' for our clients by enabling creative technology tools and workflows.

This role blends creative vision with production-savvy execution to deliver innovative, scalable, and cost-effective commercial solutions that seamlessly integrate
brands into our digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to drive ideation and pitches, developing omnichannel concepts that work across TV, print, digital, social, AR/VR and other interactive formats

Craft fresh and relevant ideas that bring brands into culture and resonate with audiences across diverse sectors like fashion, finance, tech and travel

Present and sell creative concepts with confidence to internal teams, clients and partners

Support sales and delivery teams to meet profit margin targets

Understand high-level production costs for creative tech (Gen Ai, AR, VR, 3D, interactive content) to ensure projects are delivered within realistic budgets

Oversee creative from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and cost efficient production

Champion and enable the use of creative technology tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Google, Canva and emerging ai solutions) to facilitate 'content at scale'

Leverage a strong industry network to assemble the right talent and technology partners to execute ideas efficiently

Work collaboratively across teams, maintaining strong internal and external relationships

Who are you?

Experience across multiple content formats: long-form, short-form, social campaigns, interactive & immersive content.

Deep knowledge of digital storytelling, emerging tech (AI, AR, VR, 3D), and virtual experiences.

Proficient with creative technology suites such as Adobe, Google, and Canva.

Ability to evaluate technical proposals and architectures

Experience managing relationships with dev teams and technical vendors

Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices

Proven ability to translate between creative vision and technical requirements

A strong industry network and experience in creative, digital, or advertising roles (agency or brand-side).

Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams while ensuring a high standard of output and maintaining budgets and workflows.
