Job DescriptionRole Overview
As a Creative Technologist , you will oversee and manage a range of digital ads production tasks, adapting and resizing HTML5 banner ads, producing dynamic creative optimizations (DCO) for display and social media at scale, and managing assets for global campaigns. You'll take ownership of creative asset preparation, asset library management, and content optimization using platforms like Pencil Pro, alongside other tools such as Celtra, Smartly, Flashtalking, and Sizmek.
This role demands a blend of strong leadership, creative technical skills, and an eye for detail, with a focus on ensuring the team delivers high-quality digital content on time and within the project scope. You will also play a key role in championing the growth and integration of Pencil Pro within your team's workflows to maximize efficiency and production scalability.
Responsibilities
Champion Pencil Pro Use & Integration: Act as a key point of contact for integrating Pencil Pro across your team, ensuring that the platform is being utilized for dynamic creative production, scaling assets, and optimizing creative delivery for both social and display ads.Digital Ad Production Management: Oversee the development and adaptation of HTML5 ads and creative materials, using tools such as GSAP, Google Web Designer, and Pencil Pro. Ensure all assets are resized, optimized, and delivered on time to meet the needs of the campaign.Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO): Manage the process of creating and optimizing dynamic creative content for large-scale campaigns, using platforms like Flashtalking, Celtra, and Google Creative Studio. Monitor the production of dynamic content feeds and ensure that updates are efficiently integrated.Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with design, development, and media teams to ensure a seamless production process, providing clear guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality outputs.Pencil Pro Process Optimization: Collaborate with senior team members to refine best practices for using Pencil Pro, ensuring the platform enhances workflow, improves asset scalability, and reduces production time.Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and functionality. Troubleshoot any technical issues or blockers to ensure project timelines are adhered to.Creative Problem Solving: Support creative teams in overcoming challenges, providing technical expertise and suggestions for enhancing digital ads through animation, coding, and new technology.Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new platforms relevant to digital ad production and creative technology, ensuring your team remains at the cutting edge of digital production tools and techniques.Time & Project Management: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple digital production tasks, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality or creativity.Asset Management & Localization: Manage the preparation and localization of assets, ensuring that creative assets are appropriately adapted for different markets and channels, leveraging Pencil Pro to scale production where necessary.QualificationsSkills and Competencies
