Job Description

As our Lead Designer, you’ll play a key role in leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring our experiences are not only beautiful but functional and accessible for all users.

Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple projects, from discovery to deliveryChampion accessibility best practices (WCAG) across all design workCollaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, development, marketing)Mentor and support other designers, helping them grow and elevate their workCreate design systems and scalable components for consistent UX/UIPresent and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and standards

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in UI and UX design, ideally across both agency and product environmentsStrong portfolio showcasing user-centered, visually compelling work across web and mobileProven experience leading design teams or projectsExperience in user research or testingDeep understanding of accessibility standards and how to apply them in real-world productsFluency in English — both written and spoken (C1+ level)Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping platformsExperience working with design systems and cross-functional teamsA mindset that balances creativity, business goals, and user needs

Bonus Points

Experience in design leadership rolesKnowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS)Passion for mentoring and building design culture
