Creative Strategist
### **About the Role** We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our Uber Advertising team and help build the foundation of our Creative Studio in Brazil. If you're a natural storyteller, a strategic thinker, and you’re excited about connecting top brands with Uber’s unique audiences—this role is for you. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales and Account Management, shaping strategic ideas that drive impact, positioning Uber Advertising as a must-have platform for advertisers. This role reports to the Global Head of Creative Studio and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across Brazil. It’s a unique opportunity to create, shape, and grow the way brands engage with Uber—through creativity, insights, and bold strategy. ### **What You’ll Do** - Champion creative excellence in Uber Advertising by delivering inspiring, insight-driven ideas. - Partner with Sales and Account Management to pitch strategic, big-picture brand opportunities. - Lead the creation of integrated marketing solutions tied to tentpole moments, seasonal campaigns, and vertical-specific insights. - Use data and consumer behavior to fuel innovative proposals and partnership stories. - Present strategic narratives to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and impact. - Project manage creative executions, collaborating with in-house or third-party creative partners. - Build case studies, document best practices, and celebrate success across the Uber platform. ### **What You’ll Need** - 8+ years of experience in marketing or brand strategy, preferably within advertising, publisher, or platform environments. - A background in integrated marketing, with a solid understanding of positioning, creative development, and campaign architecture. - Experience working in or alongside advertising agencies is a plus. - Strong grasp of the advertising ecosystem, including category-level insight and consumer behavior. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a love for rolling up your sleeves to build and shape processes. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams. - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—comfortable in front of clients and internal leadership. - Passion for creativity, technology, and innovation in advertising. ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in a platform, publisher, or creative agency environment. - Strong business acumen and curiosity for emerging advertising formats. - Fluent in English and Portuguese. - Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
