**Required Skills:**
Creative Strategist, Japan and Korea Responsibilities:
1. Build Instagram creative campaigns and scaled solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action as Japan and Korea as Instagram-led market
2. Build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design marketing strategies that work together with human and AI and execute high-profile campaigns that showcase the power of Reels, Creators, and Performance to drive full-funnel campaign through brand awareness and conversion
4. Analyze data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign performance, with a focus on creator marketing, short-form video, and catalog-driven commerce
5. Continuously work to invent new ways to harness creativity for business growth whilst driving value for people and communities
6. Learn quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technology
7. Work hands-on to bring ideas to life, manage projects, this is a position for builders
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 3+ years in Creative experience in brand and performance marketing/advertising: gained from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, or non-traditional content creators
9. We are looking for someone creative and business focused with experience in creator marketing and vertical short form video across multiple categories (from eCommerce, to CPG and App & Gaming)
10. Experience in creative ideas for paid social media: portfolio of social media campaigns required
11. Strategic storytelling and communications skills
12. Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos
13. Interest and experience working with AI tools and new technologies
14. Fluent Japanese and business level English
