Job Description

MISSION

The Producer, Creative Services is responsible for the planning, execution and management of a range of Indigo’s creative projects. This role will work closely with creative studio partners and cross functional business units to ensure the Indigo brand is strong and cohesive, and will set and maintain the bar for creativity at a level that is amongst the top tier within the retail e-commerce industry.

KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS

Meet project deliverables according to internal client expectations, on time and on budgetContinuous development of professional relationships with creative studio partners, Internal Clients and External Vendors for the purpose of meeting project deliverables

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional

Define project scope, timelines and workflowCommunicate the vision and mission of projects to internal team members and clientsManage project quality, budgets and schedulesWork collaboratively with creative lead assign projects and manage team resourcesPlan, coordinate and guide the Creative Team on the completion of tasksEnsure key brands, priority product and product features are briefed in with clarity from merchants, to ensure optimal and effective creative executionLead daily/weekly internal status meetings to ensure workflow is on scheduleControl and build timelines into the workflow process to allow for revisions and modificationsCoordinate the approval, preparation and distribution of all final assetsContinually search for ways to enhance the process effectivenessSupport Creative Director in defining creative processes to effectively deliver quality creative in fast paced environmentConsider timelines and design needs and communicates to other departmentsKeep track of new updates and design, communicating changes within projects as neededCollaboratively build and develop strategic solutions with the Creative Senior Leaders and internal teams Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processesProactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needsEmbrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customersChallenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them

Qualifications

Work Experience / Education / Certifications

College diploma or university degree in a similar or related fieldAt least 5 years’ experience in a similar, project management role, preferably in retail lifestyle cross category businessPMP certification considered a strong assetKnowledge of Adobe CC software
