Creative Services Coordinator Sr.
Description Summary: In this position, you will oversee creative project schedules, liaising between the Brand and Program Management teams throughout the creative development and video production process to ensure assets are delivered on time. You’ll oversee the creative team in managing to project schedules for the timely delivery of creative deliverables, raising red flags if deadlines are in jeopardy. Additionally, you’ll help identify potential issues that may disrupt work schedules to prevent them from happening. Duties and Responsibilities: + Regularly tracking and updating creative project statuses. This includes weekly check-ins with creative team, as needed, to help prioritize tasks and managing to the creative development timeline on each project request in Workfront. + Assist Brand Managers in scheduling the creative kickoff meetings, creating the project folders, collecting and sharing information that is pertinent to the project’s success, and providing a recap of the project to the creative team. + Assist in leading weekly Project Management meetings to ensure that the creative team is aware of deadlines and priorities, with a specific focus on the video team. + Identify opportunities to adjust and revise work processes to increase efficiency. + Ownership of follow up notes and outcomes for bi-weekly creative review meetings with Marketing and Brand leadership. + Manage BrandBuilder tool and part ownership of BrandMuscle relationship. + Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree + 1+ years of related experience Preferred Qualifications: + Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. + knowledge in the project management software, Workfront, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required. + Proven experience managing to schedules and timelines for projects. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Detail-oriented. + The ability to multi-task. + The ability to work in a high-pressure environment. #LI-Hybrid #LI-NG1 Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
