The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025. Universal Pictures International (UPI) is the International Distribution and Marketing division for Universal Pictures. In the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and China, UPI directly markets and distributes movies through its local offices, creating campaigns and release strategies that respond to the culture and market behaviour of those territories. In other parts of the world, UPI partners with Paramount and Sony in the distribution of all three companies’ films. NBCUniversal is a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation. The role of the Creative Services Coordinator is to manage and oversee the localization of creative marketing materials. The role is to ensure that international assets are correctly adapted for the French market. The Creative Services Coordinator works closely with the four Marketing Project Managers as well as with all the other teams within the marketing department (Press, Social, Trade), and also with the OPS team (in charge of dubbing and subtitling our films). The Creative Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Creative Services Coordinator in her daily tasks: -Localization of print and DOOH campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing Project Managers -Localization of video materials (TV spots, clips, featurettes, etc.) in coordination with the OPS team -Localization of social media assets (social spots, display formats, etc.) in collaboration with the Social team -Localization of trade marketing materials -Follow-up on marketing asset requests from Head Office -TV spots and trailer testing approval -Building and coordinating strategic marketing presentations for our Head Office -Interest in the cinema industry -Creative sensitivity -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines -Good ability to work collaboratively across teams -Fluent in English -Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) -Prior experience in a marketing or audiovisual environment is a plus As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
