**JOB PURPOSE**
Assist the Marketing Communications Department in the implementation of the hotel’s marketing communications plan at The St. Regis Bali Resort and The Laguna a Luxury Collection Resort and SPA Nusa Dua.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
+ Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including setting up lighting, staging, and props.
+ Edit and enhance photos and videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
+ Create visually appealing content that aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
+ Stay current with social media trends and platform updates to create relevant content.
+ Optimize multimedia content for various platforms, ensuring proper formatting and specifications.
+ Maintain and organize a digital library of photos and videos for easy access and reuse.
+ Ensure all content adheres to copyright and privacy regulations.
+ Monitor and analyze the performance of visual content, making adjustments as needed to improve engagement.
**Educational Level**
+ Preferred degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication
**Language Proficiency**
+ Fluent to speak, read, and write in English
**Skills**
+ Design and creativity
**Experience**
+ One to three years in marketing/advertising industry preferred.
