**About Us:**
The Creative Experiences (CE) Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for creative projects that support various parts of the organization's business goals. They are responsible for proactively managing process, timelines, and tasks and being intimately knowledgeable of the processes to run these projects successfully. As part of this, they will need to balance building trusting and transparent relationships with stakeholders and leaning on those partnerships to problem solve.
Integral to this role will be the ability to review creative project briefs and ensure they include a strategic perspective and are complete with everything the creative team requires to deliver on business needs. They will be responsible for recognizing and escalating stop gaps to keep projects on track and executed to the high standards of our business.
**About You:**
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
• Spearhead project management for major cross-functional projects that define the brand and help drive business
• Actively surface project process pain points and propose changes to problem solve, drive efficiency and participate in CE process initiatives to serve as a voice for the PM team
• Interpret project requirement and develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone that ensure projects are executed according to deadlines, budget, and overall scope
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with open communication on project status, risks, and opportunities
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by balancing competing demands and ensuring critical projects receive the necessary focus and resources
• Utilize existing Project Management system of record to track project progress, manage resources, and report on project performance
• Facilitate cross-functional communication throughout Marketing and teams that execute the UKG brand
**Required Qualifications:**
• 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in a creative or agency environment
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Workfront or other Project Management systems used for a creative agency or marketing capacity
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with comfort to influence at all levels
• Comfort and experience working within a highly matrixed organization with a wide degree of latitude
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc)
• Ability to manage multiple projects varying in complexity simultaneously with confident decision-making
• Ability to work autonomously
• Deep understanding of the creative process
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
