The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional collaboration, expertly coordinating project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets.
As the key driver of each project's deliverables, the Creative Project Manager will be at the forefront of interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and driving projects forward efficiently. Key job responsibilities
• Manage multiple parallel projects working with design/copy, developers, business leaders, and external vendors.
• Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, and stakeholders’ role and responsibilities.
• Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
• Uphold standards and best practices methods.
• Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements.
• Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.
• Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
• Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders improvements where relevant.
• On-board and/or manage external vendor resources.
