**THE ROLE**
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for marketing? We're looking for a **Marketing Project Coordinator** to join our global team and **elevate** our marketing initiatives. In this remote position, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our creative projects move seamlessly from concept to completion, collaborating with colleagues and agencies to deliver impactful, on-brand content that drives our business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Manage Creative Projects:** Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.
+ **Optimize Workflows:** Develop and implement efficient processes, including building automated workflows in Monday.com.
+ **Drive Deliverables:** Support and manage campaign deliverables from start to finish, collaborating with content and media strategists.
+ **Prioritize and Track:** Effectively prioritize projects, set up tasks, and maintain accountability within our project management tool.
+ **Lead Meetings:** Coordinate and lead weekly content check-ins and project kick-off calls.
+ **Uphold Brand Standards:** Act as a custodian of brand guidelines and assets, ensuring proper usage and brand identity.
**Requirements**
+ Relevant experience in project coordination within a creative or marketing setting.
+ Exceptional **organizational skills** and meticulous attention to detail.
+ Strong verbal and written **communication skills** .
+ Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools, especially **Monday.com** .
+ An **enthusiastic, empathetic, and positive** team player with a proactive problem-solving mentality.
+ A keen interest in brand, social media marketing, and content marketing best practices.
