About Us:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Google Enterprise Account team.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Creative Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategic vision and project execution. We are looking for someone who can blend creativity with coordination, ensuring our projects not only meet operational standards but also inspire and engage stakeholders through captivating presentations and collaborative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Work alongside client executives to prepare decks for presentation to senior management providing concise and clear information.
+ Coordinate with a project delivery team and ensure critical information is distributed appropriately.
+ Understand and appreciate the importance of client confidentiality relating to working content.
+ Work using AI to capture meeting notes, ensuring the key messages and content are provided.
+ Assist in creating engaging project documentation, including comprehensive yet exciting project review packs that emphasize key insights and outcomes.
+ Coordinate ad hoc events that inspire collaboration and team cohesion.
+ Work closely with operational managers to cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and supports colleagues.
+ Uphold and promote the core values of CBRE GWS in all interactions and initiatives.
+ Provide mentorship and support to other Project Coordinators, sharing best practices in communication, presentation, and project management.
+ Contribute to effective business communication by presenting at team meetings, briefings, and other forums, ensuring clarity and engagement.
+ Partner with subcontractors and project managers to ensure optimal commercial outcomes for our projects
+ Support mobilization activities as needed, with a focus on strategic execution.
Accountabilities:
+ Direct accountability to the Project Director.
+ Oversee mandatory training for the Projects team to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
Experience
+ Experience in administration or similar projects coordinator role (desirable)
+ Understanding of complex project delivery (desirable)
+ Experience in corporate office working environments (desirable)
