Creative Producer

Overview The Creative Producer is a core member of the Brand Team, reporting to the Sr.Manager of Brand, and a strategic bridge between brand objectives and content creation. This is a producer-first role with approximately 75% of time dedicated to planning, resourcing, and managing creative work, and 25% percent hands-on content capture. You’ll lead projects across photo, video, design, and copy, while stepping in to shoot content when the moment is right. Responsibilities Creative Production: Own end-to-end workflows for content creation with copywriters, designers, photographers and videographers – including on-set assistance and production support. Content Capture: Capture photo and/or video when in-house support is needed. You’re not the default shooter, but you know how to get the shot and make it count. Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain key relationships with agency partners and creative freelancers. Including handling contracts, booking, briefing, staffing, and invoice processing. Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to assess tactical content needs and contribute to concepting sessions and creative brief authorship. Brand Stewardship: Ensure creative output - across all mediums - reflects brand standards. Translate brand guidelines into actionable creative direction for internal and external teams, and champion brand standards across all initiatives. Cross Department Coordination: Develop excellent working relationships with all internal stakeholders to support evolving content demands to capture the resort's unique offerings. Digital Asset Management: Organize, manage, and maintain the resort’s Digital Asset Management System for efficient content storage and retrieval. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience producing creative content in the outdoor, travel, or lifestyle industry. Ability to shoot still and video content for in-house channel specific needs. Strong knowledge of the creative process, specifically in areas such as design, conceptual advertising and production. Familiairty with digital cameras, editing tools, and production equipment. Experience organizing and managing teams through the end-to-end creative process. Strength to independently manage a variety of simultaneous projects within tight deadlines and the ability to identify dependencies and resource constraints. Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond diplomatically and thoughtfully to both positive and negative feedback. Ability to work in dynamic outdoor environments and cover live events, sometimes during weekends and evenings. Experience with project management tools, such as Wrike, Clickup, Asana Experience with digital asset management systems Additional Information & Benefits The salary range for this position is $70k-$80k annually.
