**About Us:**
As part of the Creative Experiences Inhouse Agency, the Lead Creative Partnerships Account Manager will advocate for both internal clients and the creative team, driving strategy across all project touchpoints. They will help stakeholders understand the value of integrated marketing while ensuring the creative team understands business objectives and preferences.
Success in this role requires building trust and serving as a bridge between clients and creatives. The ideal candidate will connect individual projects to broader initiatives, embrace creative curiosity, and develop strategies that deliver impactful, business-driven results.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
• Strategically collaborate with internal clients to understand their business goals and challenges at both project and organizational levels
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the creative team to ensure clear, effective communication
• Partner with creative leadership to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Lead cross-functional pitches that define the brand and drive business growth
• Craft strategic, well-structured creative briefs that align with business objectives and inspire creative teams
• Identify new opportunities to support internal clients and demonstrate added value
• Ensure creative work meets client needs and overall business strategy
• Work with Project Management to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with Creative Operations to refine processes and optimize strategy
**Required Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 5+ years working as a strategic marketing manager helping develop creative campaigns and deliverables at an enterprise size organization
• 5+ years' experience in a creative agency, inhouse agency, or marketing capacity
• 5+ years advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with comfort to influence at all levels
• Comfort and experience working within a highly matrixed organization with a wide degree of latitude
• Ability to work autonomously

The pay range for this position is $99,800.00 to $143,450.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
