Creative Operations Specialist

Casper is looking for a Creative Operations Specialist to manage creative processes from briefing to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of creative workloads and project deadlines with the ability to shift and balance priorities based on the overall volume of work and business priorities. They should be a self-starter possessing excellent communication skills, can juggle many moving parts and timelines and enjoys working with creatives but doesn't want to be one. This person will serve as a coordinator and communicator between the creative team and multiple groups within the company.

When youʼre not catching zzzʼs, this is what youʼll do... Participate in resourcing and scheduling for all creatives  Ensure project specs are communicated to the creatives and manage the day-to-day workflow on assigned projects Support the Creative Operations Lead in managing the influx of incoming briefs Build and monitor timelines to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of work while being able to assess and address any issues or concerns that may delay the project  Serve as a point of contact between the creative team and the marketing team, as well as external vendors Assist with managing project budgets as well as the Casper Digital Asset Management tool Act as a team player and bring a proactive approach to solving problems Our dream candidate is/has:  3+ years working in a creative project management capacity Experience using Asana, Bynder, and Figma The ability to manage multiple projects at once and proactively identify new projects  Familiarity with most aspects of marketing campaigns, photo/video production, and creative file formats A proactive approach to developing efficient systems and identifying areas of process optimization Meticulous attention to detail  The ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on projects This role requires working onsite at our Richmond, VA office as a hybrid employee; however, we are also open to candidates based in New York who can work out of our NYC office.

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $65,000-75,000 USD

Casper’s compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
