Creative Operations Lead **Employment Type:** Full Time **Date Posted:** 8/27/2025 **Location:** Santa Clara, CA **Pay Range:** 170000.00 - 190000.00 USD per Year **Job Number:** JO-2508-2713 **Primary Function** We are seeking a Creative Operations Lead to oversee global creative production operations and agency management. This individual will be responsible for managing large-scale creative production budgets, enabling global localization, and driving operational excellence across paid, creative, and social initiatives. They will work directly with the Paid, Social, and Creative Lead to ensure seamless execution and alignment of creative strategies worldwide. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Lead creative production planning and manage relationships with creative and localization agencies to ensure global campaigns are adapted for local markets while preserving brand identity and messaging consistency + Oversee the global localization program from initial briefing through development and fulfillment, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality localized content across all touchpoints, including campaigns, partner marketing, and events + Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment between media strategy, execution, and creative deliverables + Evaluate the execution of regional campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand and campaign strategy as well as brand and creative quality standards + Collaborate with media and creative agencies to ensure all creative and content has consistent taxonomy and nomenclature + Oversee and manage the global localization budget and retainer, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for campaign activations + Present operational models and budget plans to executive leadership and solicit buy-in for Creative, Paid & Social initiatives + Ensure creative governance and consultation processes are in place to maintain brand integrity and production efficiency **Skills & Qualifications** + Deep expertise in creative production planning and agency management, with a proven ability to deliver cost-effective SOWs and production estimates + A global strategic mindset and the ability to partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative alignment across media strategy and execution + Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar creative and production budgets + Experience presenting to executive leadership and securing buy-in for operational models and budget allocations + A collaborative approach to creative consultation and governance, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints + Highly organized and detail-oriented, with impeccable project management skills and tools + Ability to articulate complex operational models and creative strategies simply and effectively + Comfortable working in large global teams with multiple stakeholders and project leads **Education & Experience** + Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree required + 10+ years’ experience in social media, creative operations, or production management for a global enterprise organization + Preferred qualifications: + Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) preferred + Experience working on and managing complex projects with multiple executive stakeholders preferred + Experience managing multi-million dollar creative and production budgets preferred **To Apply** Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
