ICF Next – Creative Operations Coordinator | Remote

Hi. We’re currently looking for an On-Call Creative Operations Coordinator to support our Creative Studio. We’re looking for someone way beyond a “Type A” organizer. We’re searching for a real Marie Kondo to keep the gears turning smoothly. You’re the central cog and key reason we deliver the best work and value to our clients. You act as the ambassador that fosters a beautiful working relationship among the creative staff, the account team, and clients. You are the go-to know-it-all when job status, materials, and due dates are in limbo. And you’re a big reason we take the spotlight at award shows – in short, you’re the glue that holds the whole thing together. 

As an on-call/freelancer, you might work zero to 30 hours per week, depending on our workload.

As a Creative Operations Coordinator, you will:

Support public and private sector clients who tackle issues like HIV/AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, energy efficiency, child welfare, and more.Assist with resourcing creative task requests for print, digital, and video projects. Monitor the flow of materials and resources through the creative and production process to ensure on-time delivery.Assist with developing schedules and timelines.Communicate with account managers on the status of jobs.Foster a collaborative relationship with internal staff (account managers and creative staff).Assist and back up Creative Operations Management team as needed.

Required Skills:

5+ years of creative experience within agency and/or marketing environments.

Preferred Skills:

A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or marketing, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in Windows PC environment, including Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs/ Mac environment.Excellent client service skills.Expertise in communicating clearly and concisely and the ability to work well with all types of personalities.Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$73,722.00 - $125,327.00
