Let’s build unforgettable experiences together—one brick at a time! **Core Responsibilities** + Safeguard the visual direction, creative vision, and quality assurance of LEGO-brick-based game content. + Ensure all LEGO models, graphics, and functions align with LEGO Design principles and DNA. + Oversee assembly, disassembly, and interactions of LEGO models in gameplay for an authentic experience. + Serve as the primary contact and decision-maker for art direction with external development teams. + Provide creative coaching to internal designers, artists, and animators while reviewing final game assets for consistency with LEGO standards. + Collaborate with production, design, and technical teams to optimize the pipeline and establish guidelines for LEGO-branded visual development. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The LEGO Games team is responsible for all game products across the LEGO Group. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role. **Do you have what it takes?** We need a visionary who understands LEGO Design at its core and can effectively communicate and enforce artistic standards across teams. We would be looking out for the following: **Hard Skills:** + Solid experience with UE4/5 and familiarity with version control systems (Perforce for instance). + Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Maya or 3DS Max. + Understanding of content dependencies and their impact on game art. + Good knowledge of various 2D & 3D applications related to real-time game art. + Experience in creating or fixing model geometry, collision, or LODs is a plus. + Familiarity with Fortnite Battle Royale, including Creative or UEFN Modes, and a meticulous approach to ensure high-quality output. **Soft Skills:** + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a positive demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication in English. + Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes. + Innovative approach for improving workflows and helping others enhance their processes. **Build your career brick by brick at** **the LEGO Group.** "Exciting opportunity to work closely with a fun internal game development team and help create new fun experiences for our audiences!"
