This role is responsible for creating and development of various media for training solutions and medical communications to establish both an immersive and engaging training experiences. The Creative Lead is senior level design role that focuses on strategic leadership and delivery management within the creative domain. You will be responsible for leading project groups, providing subject matter expertise, driving innovation, and ensuring operational alignment with budget and staffing constraints. This role does require the person to be hands on participant in the ideation and design development process. **Key Activities** + Lead project groups from briefing through development, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence. + Provide subject matter expertise in your creative discipline, guiding the team to elevate and innovate creative output. + Drive the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with client objectives and budget constraints. + Mentor and lead project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional content, editorial, proofing and account management teams to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery. + Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets. + Continuously stay at the forefront of industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to support our innovation and development strategies. **Educational Requirements** + Bachelor's degree from a 2 year or 4-year institution specifically for Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. **Qualifications - Our ideal Candidate Will Have:** + 5-7 years of experience as graphic designer either in-house, freelance or in an agency setting. + Must have a strong portfolio representing a diverse skill set in graphic design. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Good problem-solving skills + Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timelines. + Excellent customer service skills + Sound judgment and decision-making skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. + Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry, including medical affairs, clinical development is helpful. + Knowledge of scientific and medical publications strategy and development a plus **Who You Are** + Experienced: You have experience as a senior-level graphic designer ideally within the pharmaceutical, medical or agency settings.
