Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Purpose of role 

We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Designer to join our fast-paced Creative team, working on-site with a client in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent thinker with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with both clients and team members.

As a key member of the team, you will represent the department and be responsible for delivering outstanding design solutions across both print and digital platforms. You will also contribute to the development of strategic, brand-aligned campaigns.

This role requires a genuine passion for transforming ideas into impactful and engaging visuals, applied across a range of communication channels. A core responsibility is to produce innovative and cohesive content that consistently meets brand standards.

We’re looking for someone with a positive, solution-focused attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident managing multiple priorities.

This role often involves quick turnarounds, so the ability to make informed decisions and accurately interpret client feedback is essential—along with the creativity to turn that direction into visually compelling results.

 

Key Responsibilities

Deliver integrated creative solutions that bring brand and content strategies to lifeEngage with clients professionally, managing expectations with clarity and efficiencyEnsure all projects are delivered right the first time, and on scheduleInterpret briefs effectively and suggest optimal design approachesDevelop mood boards and creative briefs to guide marketers and stakeholdersProactively resolve or escalate client issues, keeping the Design Team Leader / Creative Account Manager informedDeliver polished, brand-compliant print and digital assets that exceed expectationsProduce visually engaging marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelinesCollaborate with the creative team to generate new ideas and conceptsUse workflow tools effectively and adapt to team processesProvide technical advice and input on both print and digital formatsPrepare final artwork for production and generate accurate print specifications

Key Competencies

Strong organisation and time management skillsClear and effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teamsExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proven experience in both print and digital/motion designWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsClient-focused approach, with a commitment to team collaboration and shared success

Key Skills

Formal training in graphic design or equivalent professional experienceAbility to deliver creative and effective design solutions within corporate brand guidelinesStrong conceptual thinking and the ability to visualise ideas clearlyConfidence in presenting ideas and receiving feedback constructivelyCapacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesProactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detailCalm and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environmentFlexibility with working hours to meet project and client needs

Advantageous Skills

Experience with Monday.com or similar project management toolsFamiliarity with Adobe XD and/or FigmaExposure to AR/VR technologies
