The Creative team is currently seeking an EXECUTIVE.
The main objective of this role is to participate in the implementation, analysis, and execution of communication and advertising projects, ensuring that these are carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible, while adhering to the quality and research design standards. This position contributes to the financial success of its unit.

Responsibilities:Planning and preparing presentationsExtracting data from databasesAnalyzing and interpreting resultsCoordinating timelines for simultaneous projects, liaising with different areas to ensure timely and accurate deliveryCrafting relevant stories and providing actionable business recommendationsRequirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Relations, or a related fieldMinimum of one year in the current positionPMR of 3 or higherExperience: Preferably with a background in insights, marketing, and a strong interest in communicationKnowledge: Communication and advertisingLanguages: Advanced EnglishDesirable: Experience handling databases and interpreting resultsCompetencies:Academic background and interest in project management within communication and advertisingStrong learning abilityAnalytical and abstract thinkingSkills in project design, questionnaire development, report creation, data analysis, interpretation, and client presentationsAbility to organize and execute multiple tasks on timeMaintains and nurtures client relationships, ensuring their needs are metStrong verbal and written communication skills; able to synthesize ideas effectivelyEnjoys and excels at teamwork across different departmentsActive listening, questioning, and advisory skills
