About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Creative Director (writer's background) to lead and support a team of creatives and independently manage a variety of projects across all audiences. You’ll drive the development of multiple campaigns each year—often more than one at a time. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our business and audiences, which will enable you to craft iconic ideas that deliver impactful results and make a dent in culture. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Social, Brand Voice, Brand Design, and Growth, to create cohesive campaign ideas that maintain excellence in every touchpoint. You'll have the resources and support needed to create the best work of your career.

You will report to the Co-Heads of Creative within Superette, DoorDash’s In-House studio.
