You'll bring our brand promise to life by blending artistic vision with strategic thinking, leading teams and partners, and overseeing projects from concept to completion for a global audience. **Required Skills:** Creative Director Responsibilities: 1. Influence, lead, develop and execute creative work for our Wearables portfolio 2. Collaborate with marketing teams and cross-functional partners to inform strategy and briefs 3. Inspire, direct, and manage internal collaborators and external partner agencies 4. Balance business needs with creative innovation, elevating and raising the quality of craft across all aspects 5. Work on conceptual challenges big and small, from full brand campaigns to tactical one-offs 6. Be a brand champion to colleagues across the organization, working with leadership to develop how creative impacts the business and our growth directly 7. Direct and collaborate with agency partners to execute on behalf of the Meta brand 8. Be flexible and adaptable, responding to shifting market trends and priorities, and adjusting creative strategies accordingly **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 10+ years of experience in a mix of agency and in-house creative departments, demonstrated with an exciting portfolio that highlights award-worthy thinking and work 10. Experience working with cross-functional partners in marketing and strategy organizations, as well as direct oversight of external partners like agencies and freelancers 11. Communication and organizational skills 12. Experience presenting and articulating your work to peers, partners, and leadership 13. Experience working with internal and external partners, leading teams, and influencing stakeholders to achieve goals **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 14. Experience pivoting and adjusting creative strategies in response to changing market conditions, priorities, and emerging trends 15. Experience presenting complex ideas in clear, compelling ways, and influencing systems and stakeholders to drive business results 16. Hands-On/Hands-Off: You're happy to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself, or lead and direct others to achieve the desired outcome 17. Understanding of what drives consumer engagement and loyalty and how to catch their attention 18. Experience in technology 19. Experience in pursuing emerging technologies 20. Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms.
