**Overview**
The Creative Designer plays a crucial role in producing brand campaigns, product launches, and content for various channels. This experienced individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams
to develop visually impactful assets, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and align with brand guidelines. Additionally, the Senior Creative Designer oversees customer comments, manages requests, and ensures brand consistency across marketing initiatives. Keeping abreast of the latest design trends and tools, this role contributes to elevating the brand's presence across diverse media platforms.
**Responsibilities**
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop aesthetically appealing designs, execute a variety of
print and digital assets, and ensure creative excellence for marketing campaigns, internet
platforms, print materials, and other promotional materials.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent visual style across final assets, adapting and
resizing assets for various media platforms and formats.
• Manage production tasks, including cleaning images, prepping files, and preparing assets for
delivery, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas, and providing guidance
and counsel to less experienced team members.
• Establish visual tone, character, and messages that effectively connect with the target audience,
presenting completed ideas to clients and team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously applying knowledge to
enhance creative outcomes.
• Provide clear directions, guide, influence, and motivate team members to maintain a cooperative
and innovative work environment.
• Create conceptual designs that effectively communicate complex ideas, implementing strategic
design direction and feedback to meet project requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to contribute to
successful design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content, and development,
ensuring design concepts align with project goals and objectives.
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas, fostering creativity and
skill development within the team.
**Qualifications**
• Extensive experience in layout and final file delivery for print and digital media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong visual design skills with an emphasis on typography, color, and composition.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team, providing support to junior members.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design and conceptualization skills in professional projects.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to give and receive direction.
• Versatility to work across different media, self-management skills, and knowledge of motion graphics.
• Minimum B2 English level, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
