ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager - Creative Design is responsible for managing creative components for the assigned country from design, production to execution. The role holder is responsible for developing in-store toolkits, conducting store audits, and ensuing marketing calendar implementation.

ROLE PROFILE

Design leaflets and creative campaigns kits for the assigned country in line with the brand guidelinesCollaborate with the Corporate head office and internal stakeholders to design and execute concepts, guidelines in various creative projects and oversee executionEnsure that the designs deliver a consistent look and feel and are in line with the set brand guidelinesRoll out projects and campaigns as per the Marketing CalendarConduct regular store audits to ensure that branding guidelines are in placeEnsure Quality of produced assets & monitor in store productionProvide feedback in a timely manner and ensure that adjustments take placesure the implementation of MAF Retail’s corporate policies and relevant procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business Administration, Commerce or relevant5+ years of experience in creating creative campaignsExperience in creating creative campaigns is a mustProject ManagementCreative Flexibility skills
