Creative Coordinator

The Creative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the creative and sales teams by managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution of advertising and marketing campaigns. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple clients to keep projects on track.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Development & Execution

Assist in the development and execution of creative assets for digital, print, and multimedia campaigns. Provide light graphic design support using tools like Design Store. Ensure brand consistency across all creative elements by following established guidelines. Suggest compelling copy variations and messaging strategies to enhance marketing impact.

Marketing & Messaging Strategy

Collaborate with the client to align creative assets with campaign objectives. Offer creative input on ad copy, headlines, and taglines to optimize engagement. Recommend effective call-to-action (CTA) elements for various digital and print assets.

Content & Asset Management

Coordinate and organize creative assets, ensuring accessibility for team members. Work with external vendors or internal teams to manage the production of creative materials. Assist in tracking and updating creative assets for seasonal or campaign-specific needs. Ensure all creative assets are built based on media specifications.

Collaboration & Communication

Review and provide feedback on creative concepts to enhance messaging effectiveness. Communicate with clients to gather input and ensure creative elements meet their business goals.

Tracking

Ensure all scheduled advertisements are received and accounted for within the required timelines. Maintain a log of all missing or delayed advertisements and proactively follow up with relevant teams, clients, or agencies to obtain required materials. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to track ad submissions, resolve missing ad issues, and confirm receipt. Verify that received ads meet required specifications, formats, and creative guidelines before approval and deployment. Identify recurring issues with ad submissions and escalate them to management to implement process improvements. Provide regular status updates and reports on missing ads, submission trends, and resolution timelines.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills:

Project Management – Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow coordination. Attention to Detail – Strong ability to track missing ads, review creative assets, and ensure compliance with specifications. Communication & Collaboration – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Organization & Time Management – Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet tight deadlines. Problem-Solving – Ability to identify issues with ad submissions, troubleshoot delays, and implement solutions efficiently. Adaptability & Flexibility – Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and fast-paced creative environments. Adapt to changing work schedules to manage fluctuating workloads and meet multiple deadlines effectively. Basic Design Knowledge – Understanding of creative processes, digital and print ad formats, and branding requirements.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related creative role, with a strong background in developing and executing marketing and messaging strategies. Proven ability to collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to align creative assets with campaign objectives. Background in advertising, media, publishing, or design is a plus. Experience providing creative input on ad copy, headlines, and taglines to enhance audience engagement. Familiarity with best practices for digital and print marketing, including effective call-to-action (CTA) strategies. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), project tracking tools (SalesForce), and asset management software is preferred. Previous experience in tracking creative deliverables and ensuring timely ad placements is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
