Creative and Writing Traffic Manager
Job Description

A talented and experienced Creative and Writing Traffic Manager is required to manage and optimize the internal marketing content creation workflow platform and assignments, and to ensure that creative and writing projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

This platform is used for the request of creative design, multimedia, and English language science/marketing writing. The role entails becoming a specialist in management of the platform, supporting teams to streamline their project experience, organizing marketing workflows, and metric generation and reporting. Also, managing the assignment and organization of requests, including digital marketing web and campaign content, graphic design, multimedia, and promotional and technical writing.

As Creative and Writing Traffic Manager, you will support Agilent's product lines, segments, regions, and other functions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the internal Marketing content creation workflow and platform

Assign and organize creative design, multimedia, and English language writing requests

Liaise with Creative and Writing Teams, Marketing management and programs teams, product lines, segments, regions, and vendors

Solve complex, high-impact issues in science creative and writing assignments

Assist Marketing Operations Team with other projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.

Strong platform knowledge and a process-driven approach are essential

Strong project management skills are essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Knowledge of marketing content types, design, multimedia, and writing would be advantageous

Knowledge of science techniques would be advantageous

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $82,480.00 - $128,875.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
