Looking for a designer to join our Integrated Events Team who loves the challenge of transforming ideas into stunning visual experiences to help bring people together through event touchpoints and branding. The Creative Designer role works with our customers to conceptualize, create, consult, design and deliver web assets, themes and other creative services using the Splash and Cvent CMS platforms in adherence with our clients’ brand guidelines and unique requirements. In a collaborative discovery process, the Creative Designer implements innovative event programming and design solutions that align with customers’ business goals. The Creative Designer role requires a high-level experience and understanding of design principles: hierarchy, typography, color, sizing, layout, and accessibility standards, as well as CSS and JavaScript. Because the Creative Designer position encompasses many responsibilities and opportunities for growth, we are looking for versatile candidates with experience in both design and client services. In This Role, You Will: Manage timelines, requirements, and logistical details across multiple programs/projects. Knowledge within multiple platforms/CMS for both Cvent and Splash. Accept, review and analyze customer brand assets to further understand their goals, needs, and outstanding deliverables. Evaluate and execute on requirements for creative briefs to present to the customer team in order to create builds. Consider branding and requirements to fulfill scope of services and ease of use for customers to leverage touchpoints for their event program. Function as a point of internal escalation as the Creative subject matter expert to support or lead in troubleshooting and best practices across teams. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, customers, agencies, and other key stakeholders. Support pre-meeting logistics such as asset review, requirement gathering, and creative briefings. Maintain accurate tracking of service budgets, usage, and deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with program goals and compliance requirements. Use creative problem-solving skills to develop detailed processes which assist the creation of comprehensive design solutions that bring people together, engage, delight, and inspire. Communicate effectively and consistently with stakeholders on project development. Help design and improve internal procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce errors. Identify opportunities to improve the preparation process and attendee experience. Contribute to program development and special projects as assigned. Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with customers for each assigned project. Innovate on best practices and building standards, and assure brand consistency across multiple projects and/or brands. Coordinate across Creative, Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to achieve high quality results Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, user experience, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 4 years of experience as a designer Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong expertise in user experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication, including email and professional social media platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or event tools is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team Self-starter with a proactive attitude and passion for continuous improvement Hands on experience within content management systems Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
