Job Description:

Work with other team members to ensure all productivity needs are fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

Use of power and hand tools to assemble wooden cratesEnsure products are being assembled to the highest quality by adhering to established procedures and approved processesWork with the highest level of safetyFulfill production orders on time to meet product delivery timesUse of scanners and computers to communicate production order statusProvide feedback for process improvement opportunities that would enhance safety, productivity, or efficiencyMaintain and improve area cleanliness to ensure a clean and safe work environmentAbility to flex into other work areas as neededMust be willing to work overtime when needed

Education: High School

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbsMust be able to use hand tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner

Skills:

Ability to use hand tools efficientlyPrioritization skillsHigh attention to detail
