Start your new career as a Craftworker with MAU at our client in Jonesboro, GA. As a Craftworker, you will fabricate and assemble custom food service equipment using metal, wood, or fiberglass in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Pay of $20–$24 per hour based on experience
First Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Opportunity for overtime (until 5:30 PM or on Fridays)

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of relevant shop experience
Experience in manufacturing job shop environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures (accurate to 1/16”)
Proficiency in TIG welding, riveting, and related fabrication techniques
Familiarity with hand and power tools (hammers, pliers, cutters, air tools, etc.)
Physically active; able to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
Willingness to work in environments with dust and high noise levels
Ability to work overtime as needed
What You’ll Do as a Craftworker:
Fabricate and assemble custom food service equipment to specification
Use welding, riveting, gluing, taping, and fastening techniques
Review and interpret design blueprints to meet production requirements
Follow all safety regulations and use required PPE
Maintain a clean and safe work area using brooms, vacuums, or mops
Perform additional support functions as assigned
