Your mission, roles and responsibilities 主要工作职责及任务负责客户与工厂间关于质量问题的沟通,收集客户质量信息(客户下达的指标、年度/月度绩效结果等),及时传递给直属经理;对在客户处的不良、扣分进行确认;对客户发出的不良反应,采取即时围堵政策,确保工厂反应规则的正确升级,并通过UAP QRCI,制定纠正预防措施,验证结果,并向客户反馈(例如8D等);组织并参与所有客户的技术会议(解决技术问题、管理进度、改善路径等),并确保完成客户要求的验证;推动并获得客户的认可,包含PPAP,偏差,转移等;确认/分析客户处报废品、售后退回品,组织相关职能功能采取纠正预防措施;定期进行客户满意度调查/分析,组织对客户不满意项,采取措施并回访客户对改进措施的反应;参与过程流程图、失效模式分析、控制计划的编制评审;定期检查并更新控制计划,确保其有效性;客户处跟线驻厂人员的管理;完成部门经理布置的其他任务充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容,承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南。SAP相关权限。Your profile and competencies to succeed

任职资格:
    学历:本科及以上学历或同等经验的技术人员; 
    工作经验:在汽车行业至少3年的专业质量经验。
    技术及能力:
-    了解质量技术工具 (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/8D/FMEA/控制计划等)并能熟练运用;
-    对客户标准及质量体系(例如ISO14001/45001 、IATF16949,VDA6.3等)有一定的了解;
-    较强的分析能力及问题解决能力;良好的沟通及人际交流能力(说服力);
-    注重细节,在压力状态下能够保持冷静;坚持持续改善。
    LCM能力:培养创新力,管理复杂性, 客户聚焦,结果导向及与人合作;
    英语流利,具备听说读写能力。
