The Certified Parts Wholesale Zone Manager will support their Manager and Market Area Personnel in meeting/exceeding: + Wholesale Parts Purchases Revenue and Profitability + Parts Sales – Wholesale Parts and Ford Pro Parts– Ford, Motorcraft and Omnicraft Part sales + Retail Inventory Management (RIM) for all dealerships in the Houston region, supporting regional knowledge as well. • Analyze, communicate performance, and consult with Market Area/Regional personnel on meeting key objectives via Strategy/Organizational Meetings, conference calls, etc. • Participate in and support the dealership business growth meetings as needed: Ready for Wholesale and Ready for Retail yearly meetings, Grass Roots/National meetings, Market Area meetings, etc. • Collaborate and build relationships with key Corporate and Dealership stakeholders to capitalize on parts sales growth opportunities: o Market Area/Regional personnel and key Marketing, Sales, and Field Operations personnel in the General Office o Consulting organizations and partners (ADMI, MSX, etc.) o Parts Distribution Center (PDC) management o Parts Supply and Logistic General Office Team o Motorcraft Sales Organization Management o Ford Pro in-market Representatives and General Office team • Communicate details and value of programs, events, and training to drive success toward objectives • Managing the development, implementation, and education of effective Local and National programs, events (promotions, incentives, training sessions, etc.), and advertising/merchandising strategies toward meeting/exceeding Wholesale Parts and Ford Pro Parts objectives o Ford Fleet Network & Professional Service Network o Fleet and Government Bids application and award processes o Parts Loyalty Rewards and Business Growth Funds o Wholesale Allowance and Powertrain incentives o Variable Marketing programs (i.e. Ford Pro On the Lane) o Best Practices and sales tools – presenting to and training Ownership Managers o Monitoring of efforts to improve Parts Retail Inventory Management (RIM) • Engaging with Dealers to support their Go To Market Strategy to grow Wholesale Business o Dealer Consultation regarding effective implementation of programs and advertising/merchandising (POS) strategies o Travel and coordinate sales calls with channel partners and Dealer personnel -i.e. Outside Sales Reps • Assist in preparing Business Development presentations for account meetings conducted by the General and Regional Manager (Grass Roots meetings, Fixed Operations Improvement meetings, etc.). Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field of study • 3+ years of professional field sales experience, must have experience traveling in a sales role or associated automotive experience • Ability to Travel in market that may require overnight travel (i.e. staying in hotels 3-4 nights most weeks) o Minimum Travel Required: 4 or more days per week to local sites in market – up to a four hour drive time in market. Air travel provided for further travel. Preferred Requirements • Automotive/Dealership Parts & Service Experience preferred • Field Parts Sales experience preferred (within OEM) • Strong Dealer Fixed Operations acumen • Ability to think both tactically and strategically • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Self-starter and able to work independently on a regular basis • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate/collaborate with all engaged stakeholders • Willingness to work in an environment of transformation and change, work with tight timelines, and drive continued process improvement • Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities **Requisition ID** : 44918
