Description:Job Opportunity: Navy L6 Logistics Lead at 99M
The Mission Operations and Sustainment Talent Center is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the role of Navy L6 Logistics Lead at 99M. As the Logistics Lead, you will serve as the primary interface between Lockheed Martin and the Navy, responsible for leading a team of 30 engineers in providing logistics, training, and field support for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the CPS logistics team in providing comprehensive logistics support to the Navy, including planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Navy, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between Lockheed Martin and the Navy
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the CPS program, including supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation planning
• Provide training and field support to Navy personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain the CPS system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of logistics support
Basic Qualifications:
• Broad experience in multiple logistics topics for DoD weapon systems (e.g., sparing, O-level/I-level/Depot-level maintenance concepts, Provisioning, Tech Manuals, Training, PHS&T, Field Support)
• Demonstrated experience in planning for and supporting Navy systems in the field
• Demonstrated knowledge and background in surface or subsurface Navy processes, procedures, and standards for fielded system support (e.g., sparing, return & repair, tech manuals, training, storage and handling, FSRs)
Desired Skills:
• Experience working on a logistics team or in a logistics capacity in a DoD acquisition program office (preferably Navy)
• Prior experience with high explosives, ordnance, or weapons handling
• Experience establishing fielded support structure for a newly deployed Navy system
• Experience leading geographically diverse teams
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $144,600 - $255,070. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
