The Position

Role Purpose
As the Marketing Partner, you will be required to have deep understanding and experience with In-Vitro Diagnostics Solutions and technology trends in the Healthcare industry. Heavily focused on strategic products marketing and identifying qualified opportunities for Roche Diagnostics product lines. Work closely with sales, healthcare consultants and technical product specialists to identify market opportunities, drive sales, and maintain relationships in key accounts.
You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for

Laboratory Marketing

Analyses the evolving market environment, develops the strategy such as customer segmentations, positioning, branding, messaging, PR/communications, pricing strategy and ensures effective rollout of strategy to the marketplace.

Assist in the development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and initiatives for the products responsible.

Laboratory KOL management and development.

Strategic partnership with 3rd party vendors and medical associations.

Product Management

Portfolio Management including inventory and product lifecycle management of instrument and reagents.

Support in product quality issues and implementation.

Support in the planning and execution of marketing activities

- Product campaigns/promotions

- Exhibition booth
- Digital marketing initiatives

Product Training and development of selling aids and value stories.

Provide 2 nd line technical/application support e.g. evaluations, projects,

troubleshooting.

Support field force with

- Customer presentation/CMEs
- Market intelligence
- Formulation of sales arguments
- Product information updates

Market Access

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify potential opportunities with major accounts across the Business Area.

Cross BA selling as One Roche approach.

Market Intelligence and Trends

Continuously collect and analyse relevant market and competitor information and trends to assess market position and long term opportunities, translate into

actionable information and shape the market.

Feedback market trends and needs to the relevant internal stakeholders.

Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.

Who you are
You are someone who are/have:

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification and Experience

3+ years of experience designing and delivering healthcare solutions

Passion for the healthcare industry –good understanding of how the healthcare

industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem

Experience with C – level customer engagements and vision selling of Healthcare solutions

Experience and success in negotiating complex deals & partnerships with customers and partners

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members.

Understand the intersection between clinical healthcare, technology applications, and trends.

Consistent record of building collaborative relationships with peers and teams,

helping cross functional teams address strategic opportunities and solve problems across the organization

Management of complex projects with ambitious milestones in high pressure

circumstances

Bachelors or Masters in Business, Finance, or Healthcare or equivalent experience will be a plus
