**What You'll Do For Us:**
As an Outbound Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, shipping schedules, and compliance with global food safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
+ **Shipping Operations:** Ensure efficient outbound operations that meet productivity goals, shipping schedules, and process performance metrics (60%).
+ **Safety and Quality Compliance:** Facilitate GMP and HACCP adherence throughout all shipping activities, actively participating in related audits and initiatives (10%).
+ **WMRF Tools Coordination:** Improve and troubleshoot productivity initiatives and tools within WMRF applications (20%).
+ **I4.0 Innovation:** Lead Industry 4.0-related initiatives to drive digital transformation and innovation (10%).
+ **Leadership and Performance:** Execute Coca-Cola's Performance Enablement process for direct reports, empowering warehouse team members to maintain alignment with food safety and safety standards.
**What You'll Need to Bring:**
We're looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven team leader who brings the following qualifications:
+ **Education and Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
+ Knowledge and experience with GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality standards.
+ **Experience:**
+ Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
+ Familiarity with WMRF tools and applications, troubleshooting, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
+ **Key Competencies:**
+ Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate team members.
+ Problem-solving capabilities to ensure prompt resolution of operational or safety-related issues.
+ **Language & Communication:**
+ Proficiency in Spanish; English is highly valued.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside the company.
