Job Description Summary:

What You'll Do for Us:
Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring availability through effective negotiation and collaboration with internal departments.Develop delivery schedules and analyze customer forecasts in the IBP system.Handle order statuses and stock movements with a results-driven approach, maintaining seamless shipment processes.Produce necessary documentation to support shipments, export, and import activities, adapting to specific customer requirements.Log and address customer complaints in SAP, providing detailed reports for team-based resolution and improvement.Assist Customer Account Specialists; manage additional accounts, and lead initiatives to enhance transactional processes in collaboration with supply chain teams.What are the Qualifications Needed:
Degree in Engineering in Food, Food Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Communication focused on logistics/supply chain.Experience in Customer Services or similar roles, and proficiency in SAP, PBI, and macros.Strong skills in communication, collaboration and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze demand effectively.Proactive, team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to change, with a focus on results.Make crucial decisions on order processing and documentation, using negotiation and judgment skills to manage conflicts and supply shortages.What We'll Do for You:
