Job Description Insight Global is seeking a hands-on and innovative CPQ Solutions Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced product configurators using Epicor CPQ (formerly KBMax). This role focuses on building Snap rule logic to support configuration, pricing, and quoting of complex products, while integrating CPQ with ERP systems like Epicor Kinetic and CAD tools such as SolidWorks. The developer will automate quote generation, BOM creation, and CAD outputs, optimize 2D/3D visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting configuration issues, maintaining documentation, and continuously improving configurator performance and usability. Skills and Requirements Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience with CPQ platforms (Epicor CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ) Proven experience integrating CPQ with ERP systems, preferably Epicor Kinetic Proficiency in Snap rule logic and low-code/no-code development Experience with CAD automation and integration (SolidWorks preferred) Strong understanding of ETO/CTO manufacturing environments Familiarity of sales processes, pricing strategies, and manufacturing workflows for complex products Experience with SolidWorks/AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, or cloud-based software administration Experience in Automation Studio Ability to implement business processes through data analysis and system configuration null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
