The SCM department is responsible for managing supply chain initiatives monitoring and providing insights to channel information and provides recommendations and solutions to the business team including Executives. The Senior Specialist for CPFR is responsible for managing a wide range of products and will closely work with other coordinators within Supply Chain group as well as Sales and Marketing. The Senior Specialist will also manage strategic projects, generate reports for Executive Management, and provide insights and direction to cross functional team members. A key leadership position working within the supply chain department but also interfacing with Product marketing, sales and account management teams.
Role & Responsibility
Responsible for managing forecasting analytics for SEA Accounts, leveraging new processes and tools.Lead a balanced, collaborative relationship within Supply Chain group and externally with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics along with customers to consistently drive continued process improvement and meet Company objectives.Drive actions to achieve company objectives for improved customer service levels and inventory planning leveraging key customer channel data.Provide clarity and integrity to the data to insure analytical excellence of reporting to allow for quick, decision making for management.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in Business or other quantitative disciplineMinimum 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain or related operational fieldStrong knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to Supply ChainRequired Skills & Attributes
Excellent Analytical and Computer SkillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite. Able to breakdown multi-dimensional issues into clear and concise analysis/output, providing clarity for the business team to take actionMust be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building at the Executive level.Ability to think creatively and need to provide plenty of initiative and can work unsupervisedOccasional travel may be required (10%)Physical Mental Demands & Conditions
Strong math, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to interact with all levels of management including at the executive levelThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $103,000 and $127,500 plus 15% target bonus. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
