What we're looking for:

Relevant experience working in education, ideally as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role.

A genuine passion for teaching and supporting students' learning and development.

Strong classroom management skills and confidence in supervising students.

Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach.

Willingness to undergo a DBS check through Aspire People (at candidate's cost) if you don't already have an up-to-date DBS on the update service.
